Author Tom Stewart has released his newest book, Life is like Diarrhea, available through Barnes and Noble for the holiday season. The book is a frank, concise, owner's manual on how to adult in 2025. The book offers solutions on topics such as money, health, mental health, sex, relationships, love and happiness. "At a certain age in life you want to give something back to the world." says Stewart. "The point of the book is that life will throw you curves that you have no control over, just like diarrhea!" His inspiration for the book was to give his niece and nephews advice on mistakes the author made during his life, things that he did right, and steps to take to create a better outcome in their lives. It follows the authors journey through his life with clear examples of what worked, what didn't work, and introspection on why things happened the way that they did.

Life is Like Diarrhea, is a great read for anyone struggling to figure out what went wrong in their life. It has relevant, midwest common sense colloquialisms that are blunt, to the point, and refreshingly candid about what you need to do to solve your problems. Tom Stewart was born in Newton, IA. His father, Gary Stewart worked at the Maytag company and his mother Kay (Crady) Stewart was the administrative assistant to the president of the Vernon Company. Education was important to both of his parents, and he consistently earned top grades throughout school, graduating with honors in 1979. He was the first in his family to attend college. He received a BBA in Marketing from Iowa State University in 1984. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 1990 as national sales manager for an import company, allowing him to travel throughout the US and experience many different cultures and customs. He later worked in real estate as a broker, flipping houses and coaching other agents. When he retired, he moved to Palm Springs, CA where he turned his creative instincts to writing.
