In addition, Zuki has further met all the buyer conditions precedent to closing the Asset Acquisition Agreement with GFL. The one remaining item to close is GFL's confirmation of its financing commitment. The parties have mutually agreed to extend the closing date for an additional two weeks to allow GFL the necessary time to meet this final condition prior to closing.
