Experienced Trial Attorney Darren P. Nicholson Joining Dallas Trial Firm Sayles Werbner
DALLAS – The Dallas-based trial firm of Sayles Werbner, PC, is announcing the addition of accomplished trial attorney Darren P. Nicholson, who brings extensive experience in both criminal and commercial litigation.Mr. Nicholson has represented numerous individuals, small companies and Fortune 500 corporations in claims involving products liability, criminal matters, consumer class actions, copyright arbitrations and fraudulent trading investigations. He joins Sayles Werbner from the Washington, D.C., office of Arnold & Porter LLP.

Mr. Nicholson’s background includes work as first-chair criminal defense counsel in addition to handling multiple civil jury trials. His trial work includes representing of one of the country’s leading pharmaceutical companies in a case described by The National Law Journal as an example of “exemplary, cutting edge work.”
Mr. Nicholson earned his law degree with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center. He served as Senior Articles and Notes Editor for the American Criminal Law Review and was honored by the International Trial Lawyers Association based on his work in appellate matters. He earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and completed additional course work at the University of Lancaster in England.
