🔑 WHY FIBA RULES MATTER
FIBA is the format used in the Olympics and global basketball. If we want American youth to stay competitive, they must understand both systems.

Key Differences Every USA Hooper Needs to Know:

You must dribble before taking a step (traveling is called differently).

Goaltending is legal (once the ball hits the rim, it can be tipped out).

Three seconds is legal (defenders can stay in the paint indefinitely).

This knowledge gives players more awareness, more options, and more creativity-just by playing on their own.

Top global players grew up playing BOTH FIBA and NBA concepts. USA kids often only know NBA rules-and we want to change that.
