With Panoview’s floor plan technology, online consumers now have the ability to have mouse–over icons that are embedded into a floor plan. Hover the mouse over an icon and see a thumbnail first. Then, by clicking onto the icon, this will open and display full screen high-resolution digital images including 360 tours to give the viewer a “walk through” experience.

The floorplan of the property is displayed as thumbnails with the viewer able to choose the part of the house they wish to see, this may include a property outline plan for properties with development potential. The viewer also has the option of printing the floor plan from the website.

Ordering a floor plan is a simple and straightforward process from start to finish.

An arrangement is made to have the property photographed, laser measured and sketched all in the one visit. Back at the office, drawings and photographs are processed and loaded onto a designated web page, which is then branded with your company and sales agent’s details.

The result is a mini web page or single property web site. This acts as the viewing platform for the various products (photographs, floor plans and virtual tours); and it is this web site that enables the functionality of the floor plan to be enhanced and interactive for the consumer.

Demand for floor plans has been increasing steadily. In part, the competition for buyers has forced vendors to look at ways to make their property stand out.

Nothing surpasses good professional photography. Add to the mix a stunning floor plan and the combination is a marketing force to be reckoned with.
