Save Baby Aiyla - A Mother's Last Hope to Keep Her

I am reaching out with an urgent and heartbreaking story about a London baby who is fighting for her life - a story that desperately needs media attention.

Baby Aiyla, only nine months old, has been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA Type 1), one of the most severe and fatal genetic conditions in infants. Doctors have told her parents that without immediate treatment, she will not survive.

There is a life-saving therapy available - Zolgensma, a one-time gene treatment that can stop the disease - but it costs £600,000,
far beyond what the family can afford despite selling everything they have.

As a close family friend and the campaign organiser, I have stepped in to help, but we are running out of time.
