Ave Maria, FL - November 2025 - Ave Rides, the fastest-growing transportation service in Ave Maria, Florida and a leading provider of Southwest Florida transportation, is celebrating its most impactful year since its founding. Created in 2022 by Savohn Hunt, Ave Rides has become the go-to solution for reliable Ave Maria transportation, airport shuttles, and Ave Maria golf cart rentals, completing thousands of trips for residents, students, families, and seasonal visitors.
Founded when Hunt and his wife were expecting their first child, Ave Rides was built to give the growing town of Ave Maria something it lacked: a local, community-centered transportation service rooted in trust, hospitality, and reliability. Today, the company has surpassed two major milestones-over 3,000 rides completed and more than 1,500 app users-demonstrating how essential it has become to mobility in Southwest Florida.
Award-Winning Year for Ave Rides
In 2025, Ave Rides celebrated its three-year anniversary, marking a major step forward in the company's long-term vision. The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels presented Ave Rides and founder Savohn Hunt with the "Mussel Up for the Community Award", recognizing the company's dedication to supporting local families and helping strengthen transportation access throughout the region.
Ave Rides was also awarded the 2025 Global Recognition Award, an international honor celebrating companies that demonstrate exceptional service, industry innovation, and community leadership. The award highlighted Ave Rides' unique ability to blend modern transportation technology with the warmth and trust of a small-town community.
A Historic Collaboration to Support Local Families
On November 8, 2025, Ave Rides partnered with All For Christ, a Christian clothing brand known for donating half its proceeds to charitable causes. Together, they released a co-branded "Faith in Motion" T-shirt, with all profits dedicated to providing free rides for families around Ave Maria, Florida and Southwest Florida in need throughout this holiday season.
The collaboration generated significant engagement both online and in the community, selling dozens of shirts and uniting two of the area's most recognizable local brands in a shared mission of service and faith-driven impact.
A Vision for the Future
Looking ahead, Ave Rides remains dedicated to its purpose: serving the community of Ave Maria and Southwest Florida day in and day out. The company aims to enhance app-based booking, expand its driver network, and continue building reliable services such as airport shuttles, local community rides, and premium golf cart rentals in Ave Maria.
