The project was brought into Innovatrek Labs, a platform created specifically for early healthtech companies to test real ideas in live care settings. Innovatrek Labs gave the Belgrade concept the clinical structure it needed. Swedish nurses and physiotherapists validated the workflow. Engineers strengthened the software.
