Wallter Cuts Transaction Latency by 84% After Implementing AMLYZE's AML Monitoring Platform
Vilnius, Lithuania - [2025 11 19] - Wallter UAB, a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, has partnered with AMLYZE, the RegTech company trusted by leading banks, fintechs, and marketplaces, to strengthen its anti-financial crime framework and achieve measurable performance improvements.Since implementing AMLYZE's SaaS-based Transaction Monitoring and Payment Screening modules, Wallter has recorded an 84% reduction in SEPA Instant transaction latency, a 50% decrease in rejected transactions, and a 7 percentage-point increase in successful payment completions.
"Financial institutions need AML solutions that deliver both compliance assurance and operational performance," said Gabrielius Erikas Bilkštys, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at AMLYZE.
"Our work with Wallter shows how a data-driven approach and well-designed technology can deliver measurable results - precision in detection of suspicious behavioral patterns while allowing faster legitimate payments and fewer rejections of unsuspicious transactions."
Wallter provides international payment services for corporate clients across Europe, including SEPA, SWIFT, and cross-border transfers. The company's decision to transition to AMLYZE was driven by the need for real-time transaction monitoring and the introduction of retrospective AML screening - capabilities that their previous provider could not deliver effectively.
"This partnership is a key strategic step for Wallter. Collaborating with AMLYZE allows us to enhance the reliability and transparency of our payment operations while reinforcing our commitment to compliance and client trust. It's a move that strengthens our current operations and supports our long-term growth within Europe's fintech landscape," said Isaac T. Armoni, Chairman and Founder at Wallter.
"Our customers rely on us for both speed and trust, while regulators are expecting a precision on detection of possible money laundering patterns. Balancing these demands is challenging, which is why robust technological solutions are essential," said Mihai Lescae, Chief Executive Officer at Wallter.
"AMLYZE's technology has helped us reduce transaction delays and strengthen compliance oversight at the same time. The impact was visible from day one."
Proven Results
Following the integration of AMLYZE modules, Wallter's performance metrics improved across key areas of compliance and transaction efficiency:
Metric
Former Provider (Last 3 Months) Improvement (Post-AMLYZE Implementation)
Average SEPA Instant Response Time 11.2 s -84% latency
Rejection Rate 14% -50%
Successful Transaction Rate 86% +7 pp
Additionally, AMLYZE enabled Wallter's team to deploy 20 standard and 2 custom retrospective monitoring rules, supported by in-depth calibration training and post-implementation support.
