He later spent more than 20 years in the corporate world, building and leading a thriving recruitment business that helped companies identify and develop top talent.
Now returning to his roots, Gus brings a powerful combination of operational expertise, leadership experience, and service-driven mindset to the hospitality community in Palm Beach.
