On November 6, DeepWay Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a Main Board listing, with CICC and CMB International acting as joint sponsors.

DeepWay is a globally leading technology company in new energy heavy-duty trucks and intelligent highway freight transportation solutions. The company has launched two models to the market: the DeepWay Star and the DeepWay Xingtu. For the full year 2023, the full year 2024, and the first half of 2025, the company's revenue was RMB 426 million, RMB 1.969 billion, and RMB 1.506 billion, respectively.

According to China Insights Consultancy data, DeepWay is the world's first company to achieve mass production and delivery of intelligent new energy heavy-duty trucks using a forward-defined approach. Based on 2024 sales volume, the company ranked first in the global forward-defined new energy heavy-duty truck market. As of June 30, 2025, the company had cumulatively delivered approximately 6,400 new energy heavy-duty trucks.

DeepWay focuses on intelligent transportation and intelligent operations, empowering the highway freight industry through continuous technological innovation.
