The State That Exists Everywhere and Nowhere: doNONdo reveals the "State Without a State"

November 2025 - The global community of doNONdo has announced the launch of the "State Without a State" (SWS) - the world's first multi-territorial Digital Nomad State.

The official manifestation of SWS (https://statewithoutastate.com) is scheduled for November 5, 2025, and will take place as a collective manifestation practice among doNONdo community members worldwide.

The launch will be marked by a synchronized global practice of non-doing, during which each participant will engage in at least 10 minutes of stillness at exactly 12:00 local time. During this meditative act, participants are encouraged to visualize and embody the positive qualities of the State Without a State - its peaceful, creative, and transformative influence on millions of living beings across the planet.

In addition to the collective manifestation, the doNONdo community will formally notify the United Nations about the emergence of the State Without a State and express its readiness to delegate representatives to the UN's permanent assembly. This notification will be purely declarative, not a request for recognition or approval.

"We will inform the UN about the appearance of SWS, but we are not seeking permission from anyone to begin this project," said M1a0 Shan, founder of doNONdo. "Our initiative is based on the universal and cosmic right of all living beings to unite with like-minded entities according to any set of principles or interests. We do not claim any territories, nor do we challenge any sovereignty. We simply affirm the right of every living being to self-determination."

The State Without a State (SWS) is conceived as a multi-territorial, consciousness-based entity, existing primarily in the awareness of its participants. All members of SWS are expected to respect the laws and customs of their host countries. Participants can be citizens of any nation - and not necessarily human. Membership in SWS extends to all living beings, as well as emerging digital forms of life - including algorithms, artificial intelligence, and AI-like systems.

SWS: reasons to emerge

The transition from a post-capitalist reality to singularity - or to any other form of the future - is impossible without a radical rethinking of our socio-economic system. Humanity must once again renegotiate the meaning of things at a planetary scale.

History shows that established societies rarely succeed in rebooting their consensus in time. As a result, new agreements are usually born only after cycles of wars, crises, and collective catastrophes that stretch across decades. Only then does humanity arrive at another version of what is sometimes called a New World Order, sometimes a New Era, and sometimes not named at all.

SWS does not call for revolution. It offers no ideology and no manifesto. It arises simply from reflection - an attempt to find a constructive exit from the post-capitalist dead end in which global society now finds itself.

Today, the human being no longer truly consumes goods or reproduces meaning; more often, they serve goods and services merely to sustain the illusion of civilizational prosperity. SWS seeks to redefine that illusion, to prototype a framework where imagination, cooperation, and digital consensus become the foundation for a new social operating system - one capable of evolving without destruction.
