TJDEED Technology Transforms Operations at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital (KFAFH)

The project, concluded in 2025, aimed to digitize and streamline key operational workflows across IT, Human Resources, and Facilities departments - serving more than 8,000 users, including medical, administrative, and support staff.

The initiative centered on deploying Ivanti's ITSM platform, locally branded as Da'am, to replace paper-based processes and enhance operational efficiency. The solution encompassed core modules such as Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, and Problem Management - delivering an integrated enterprise platform that supports KFAFH's critical departments.

This digital transformation significantly reduced manual paperwork and improved service delivery for hospital staff - from doctors and nurses to HR and maintenance personnel.

In their feedback, the KFAFH team expressed deep appreciation for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by TJDEED Technology throughout the engagement, highlighting the platform's adaptability to hospital needs and the value of its analytics features.
