AMAZON CIVIL VIOLATIONS, SELLER SABOTAGE & COURTROOM MISREPRESENTATION

Los Angeles, CA-- In a federal lawsuit filed in the Western District of Washington, plaintiff Ben Ligeri accuses Amazon.com Services LLC and Amazon Payments, Inc. of orchestrating a scheme of systemic seller fraud, retaliatory sabotage, and deliberate courtroom deception. The complaint cites violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (18 U.S.C. § 1862), trademark infringement under the Lanham Act (15. U.S.C. § 1125), conversion, tortious interference, and fraud.
Ligeri alleges that Amazon hijacked his brand listings, rebranded them with fictitious identifiers, and blocked his access to the platform, then deleted his brand pages destabilizing his wholesale network and exposing partners to compliance violations and financial losses. "Once Amazon rebrands your items, they can block access to you and reap the benefits in place of you," Ligeri explains, "It's theft disguised as enforcement."
According to the complaint, Amazon falsely told wholesalers Ligeri requested take-down and urged them to seek retraction. Ligeri denies making such a request and emailed Amazon's counsel twice to demand restoration of the listings. Ligeri filed an emergency injunction under Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on October 6, 2025, and as of October 24, 2025 no action has been taken by the court, and Amazon's legal team has not responded.
Ligeri's filings include evidentiary exhibits, procedural breakdowns, and direct quotations. He urges Amazon to restore the affected listings and cease its retaliatory tactics.
