By employing blockchain technology, the system records every stage of green power lifecycle - from production and transactions to transmission, consumption, and settlement. This enables routine monitoring of key indicators including energy efficiency levels, green power adoption ratios, and certificate procurement progress for high-energy-consuming enterprises. The system tracks real-time compliance with renewable energy consumption obligations, issuing timely alerts to non-compliant companies. This initiative supports government authorities in conducting targeted supervision and guidance, while providing enterprises with authoritative "green power consumption receipts" for transparent accountability.

To support scientific government decision-making and facilitate low-carbon societal transformation, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company has aggregated consumption data including green electricity, green certificates, and self-generated self-consumption across the province. This initiative achieves "a unified provincial ledger and customized household inventories," establishing an efficient operational framework through the "Three Greens System" of green electricity, green certificates, and green accounting. By leveraging green power data governance as a breakthrough point, the company has developed comprehensive analytical methods for green energy data and constructed an intelligent data analysis system for green energy management.
