Chandigarh Group of Colleges Signs MoU with MOSAIQUE Pvt. Ltd. to Launch Japan-Integrated Technical and Language Education Program.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MOSAIQUE, a Japanese company based in Bangalore, to introduce Japanese language education and practical technical training for students across its campuses. This collaboration marks a major milestone in India-Japan educational cooperation and aims to equip Indian youth with global skills and international employment opportunities.

Under this partnership, Japanese language education will begin in December 2025 with an initial batch of 2,000 students. Over the coming years, the program will expand to include 20,000 learners, making CGC the largest university in India offering Japanese language education. The scale of this initiative is unprecedented in the field of Indo-Japanese education. For the first time in India, an entire university will integrate Japanese language learning for all students, marking a significant leap toward building a globally skilled workforce.

This initiative will be the first of its kind in India, where Japanese language learning is integrated into the curriculum for all students, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world professional skills. Through this collaboration, both institutions aim to nurture future-ready engineers from Gujarat and across India who can contribute to Japan's growing industry ecosystem.

S.
