The first private members club for dining onboard superyachts

Armada Club announces the creation of a new private members model that allows superyachts sitting idle in port or at anchor to be used as controlled, members-only venues for dining, meetings, and wellbeing.
The Club launches as public hospitality settings grow less practical for high-profile families and UHNWs, with digital surveillance and privacy risks now cited as primary concerns.

Model and operations

The club aims for over 100 yachts to participate in the programme. The Armada fleet will include vessels from 30 to over 100 metres, each approved according to onboard spaces, crew standards, and service capabilities. It will launch initially in iconic yachting destinations including Monaco, Palm Beach, and Dubai, continuing to other popular marinas and ports.

Members can search through a secure private app, request availability and confirm reservations seamlessly. The fleet's booking planner aligns with each yacht's charter or private-use calendar, preserving the owner's schedule while optimising unused time and generating additional revenue.
A 25 percent gratuity is included as standard to the crew, reflecting the Club's respect for service and professionalism. Guests are welcome to offer further gratuities if they so wish. Strict club rules ensure that no guest or member can book overnight stays, maintaining the focus on day and evening experiences only.

Membership and governance
Membership is strictly by invitation or referral. All candidates undergo due diligence and KYC verification before being presented to a Membership Board comprising yacht owners and senior figures from the yachting, art, aviation, and real estate sectors.
Membership is renewed annually. Annual fees contribute to operational integrity, privacy infrastructure, and the maintenance of service benchmarks.

There are no ownership, shareholding, or investment elements within the membership. Armada exists purely as a private access model designed to complement existing sales and charter markets.
Membership includes access to a global calendar of club events and an annual gala.

Industry participation

The program is designed to complement, not compete with, existing sales and charter operations. It includes built-in brokerage memberships and commission structures, ensuring there are no additional costs while maintaining direct client relationships, allowing owners and crew to generate revenue between charters and periods of private use.
Access to a diverse fleet for dining introduces more clients to different yacht designs, builds and styles of service, allowing members to experience yachting in a way that inspires future ownership and new charter clients.

"Armada provides a framework for controlled access to the world's finest yachts - a meeting point between privacy, hospitality and ownership," said a spokesperson for the founding board.
"It offers measurable benefit to owners, brokers, and crew while preserving the discretion that defines this community."

Commitment and partnerships
Twenty per cent of annual membership fees are allocated to marine conservation, ocean preservation, and crew mental wellbeing initiatives. The club has confirmed that no public yacht fleet will ever be published, and that all members will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
Strategic partnerships are being started and finalised with brokerage houses, shipyards, and established members clubs in Monaco, Palm Beach, and Dubai, with additional locations to follow.
Founding memberships and yacht applications are now open via www.armadayachtclub.com. Operations commence in 2026.
