Icarus IFE Systems LLC, a Wyoming-based aviation technology company specializing in portable inflight entertainment and offline AI systems, announced the filing of a U.S. Provisional Patent Application covering its Offline Virtual Flight Attendant (VFA) technology.
The filing protects Icarus IFE's innovations in aircraft-aware, connectivity-independent AI that enables real-time passenger interaction, flight telemetry awareness, and cabin automation without internet connectivity. The VFA operates within the Icarus One Portable IFE System, providing responsive, privacy-safe onboard assistance for both passengers and crew.
"This provisional patent filing formally secures our intellectual property in one of the most transformative areas of inflight technology," said a company spokesperson for Icarus IFE Systems.
