In addition, the carbon skeleton itself has a low density and light weight, which makes the material energy density higher and has great performance potential, opening up market space. Silicon-based negative electrodes have already had relatively mature industrial applications in 3C electronic products, and have been tried in small batches in power batteries. The shipment volume is close to 1,000 tons, and it is in the early stages of large-scale application. Silicon negative electrodes have been used in high-end passenger cars. Mid-range and high-end CVD silicon-based negative electrode materials refer to silicon-based negative electrode materials with high performance prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods. They are mainly used in lithium-ion batteries, especially in areas with high requirements for energy density and cycle life, such as high-performance consumer electronics and power batteries. At present, the price of CVD silicon-carbon is as high as 750,000 yuan/ton. The capacity price balance point of silicon-carbon negative electrode is 110,000-150,000 yuan/ton compared with the current mid-range negative electrode, and the capacity price balance point of high-end power is 150,000-170,000 yuan/ton.
