Community Comes Together to "Preserve Your Mental Health" for World Mental Health Day
Nashville, Tennessee, 16th October 2025, ZEX PR WIRE, In recognition of World Mental Health Day, local community members, students, and leaders gathered for a special Lunch & Learn titled "Preserve Your Mental Health." The event focused on practical, drug-free approaches to maintaining and improving mental well-being.Attendees were invited to participate in a roundtable discussion where experiences and ideas were openly shared.
