Equipped with two new downlink antennas, the facility expands coverage and enhances performance for broadcast, IPTV, and OTT clients.
The site's primary purpose is to ingest and convert satellite RF signals into IP streams. This enables customers to store or originate their data and distribute it with ultra-low latency through their own networks, CDNs, or private connections. The goal is to improve coverage, resilience, and latency for all broadcast and IPTV workflows.
With this strategic expansion, SATLINE's satellite coverage now supports two new satellite positions: 5°W and 28.2°E. This will improve the company's regional reach while also strengthening connectivity for customers across Europe.
