Alicia's credentials include a B.A. in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Counseling from San Diego State University, as well as an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University.

She described her approach to therapy as a mix of safe space and "real talk." "Like if your big sis was trauma-informed and didn't let you settle for surface-level healing. Therapy with receipts and rhythm," Alicia explained.
