Ology Learning launches Lead-Ology, a company-wide leadership library that drops straight into your LMS

09-18-2025 01:38 PM CET | Science & Education

Press release from: Ology Learning

Ology Learning today announced Lead-Ology, a practical leadership and management training library designed for UK employers who want managers improving performance on the job, not in classrooms. Lead-ology launched on 25 August and is now available to organisations across the UK.

Lead-Ology is organised into three levels - First-Line Manager, Mid-Manager and Senior/Executive - with short, actionable courses and clear tasks managers can use this week. Content is delivered as SCORM 1.2 or 2004 files so employers can deploy to their own LMS, keep data and reporting in house, and avoid new platforms or long IT checks. Level 1 is available now, with Levels 2 and 3 scheduled for late September and late November 2025.

"Most managers are promoted before they're prepared," said Steven Hill, founder of Ology Learning. "We built Lead-Ology to raise the floor quickly across all managers. One company licence covers everyone, the courses are short and practical, and you see movement in weeks rather than months."

What employers can expect

- One company licence, unlimited users within a single legal entity. No per seat admin.

- No days out of the business - short courses focused on decisions, conversations and habits that improve day-to-day work.

- Works with your LMS - SCORM packages drop straight in with a light lift for IT.

- Fast proof you can show the board - track a small set of core behaviours in the first 30 days.

- Consistency at scale - a simple way to set clear expectations for every manager.

- Option to add live support later - virtual or face to face when deeper change is needed.

Pricing & Availability

Company licences start at £2,500 per year for one level, £3,500 for two, and £4,000 for all three. The initial rollout is UK-only, however the content is available in over 140 languages.

Free Trial Offer

HR and L&D leaders can start a free 7 day trial to preview selected courses and map their rollout.
