ToolSense and Nexaro launch integration partnership for networked robot and asset management
Vienna / Wuppertal, September 15, 2025 - ToolSense, the world's leading provider of IoT and AI-based asset and maintenance management for machines, robotics, vehicles and devices in the facility services industry, and Nexaro, a specialist in professional cleaning robotics, have launched an integration partnership. Together, they will bring the operating data of Nexaro's autonomous robot vacuum cleaners from the Nexaro HUB directly into the ToolSense platform - seamlessly, without additional hardware and at no extra cost to ToolSense customers. This will be of particular benefit to joint customers, who will be able to manage their robot fleets and all other machines, vehicles and devices centrally in ToolSense.Holistic management of machines and robots
ToolSense offers a manufacturer-independent platform for the management of all machines, devices, vehicles and robots - with the aim of reducing downtime, automating processes and cutting costs. Over 200 customers in more than 30 countries - including leading facility service companies such as ISS, Compass, Atalian, B+N, Dr. Sasse and WISAG - rely on ToolSense to digitalize their operational processes.
Nexaro is a German technology company based in Wuppertal and part of the Vorwerk Group. The company specializes in the development of professional, autonomous vacuum robots. With the Nexaro HUB, Nexaro offers central software for fleet management, which enables robot configuration, mapping, cleaning planning, software updates and access to operating data, among other things.
The benefits of integration
Through the new partnership, detailed IoT data such as cleaned areas, error codes, operating hours and cleaning reports are transferred from the Nexaro HUB to ToolSense in real time.
For customers this means:
-) Comprehensive overview - all robot and machine data in one platform, regardless of manufacturer
-) Proactive management - automatic ticket creation for error codes, faster response to faults
-) Optimized cleaning & resource planning - comparison of actual cleaning areas and performance with target specifications
-) Simplified maintenance - operating hours and consumption values help to plan maintenance and service calls in line with requirements
-) No hardware required - integration runs purely via API
-) No additional costs - included for ToolSense customers
