Making an IMpact: Advent IM Launches New ESV Commitment

Advent is proud to announce the launch of Advent IMpact, the company's dedicated Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) programme. Built on the same principles that have guided Advent's consultancy for years - trust, integrity, and long-term sustainability - Advent IMpact represents a significant step forward in strengthening the organisation's commitment to people, communities, and the environment.

As part of Advent IMpact, the company has introduced a new initiative supporting employees with two paid volunteer days per year. This empowers team members to give back to the causes and communities that matter most to them, creating meaningful social impact while fostering a culture of responsibility and purpose.

Commenting on the launch, Advent IM's Chief Operating Officer, Julia McCarron, said:
