About the Author
Dr. LaTatia Stroud is a veteran educator with over 30 years of experience teaching in urban and rural communities. A passionate advocate for food justice and sustainability, she is also the founder of The Green Green Book Project, a movement designed to preserve and promote Black agricultural knowledge for future generations.
