Successful applicants will be considered for PMG's six-month trainee program, which emphasizes both technical artistry and personal development. With training centers in Manila and Cebu, PMG offers housing, coaching, fitness training, and psychological support to prepare its future artists for the global stage.

Since its launch in July 2025, AuditionKpop.com and PMGaudition.com have received over 300 submissions weekly from aspiring talents across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. The platforms accept auditions in English, Korean, and Filipino, while also welcoming performances in any language, underscoring PMG's commitment to inclusivity and global discovery.
