Ralph Caruso and R&S Realty Begin Work on New Parking Structure in Revere

REVERE, MA - After recently securing the necessary special permit from the city of Revere, veteran real estate developer and R&S Realty trustee Ralph Caruso [http://www.carusocompanies.com/about-us/] is ready to begin work on his latest project: a five-story commercial parking structure in Revere's Technology Enterprise District (TED). The Revere City Council unanimously approved the special permit required to consolidate the district's commercial auto repair yard and its construction yard into a single parking garage with 583 spaces for park-and-fly patrons and 14 spaces for visitors and employees.
The location for this new commercial parking structure has been strategically chosen for its proximity to major Massachusetts roadways such as Route 1A, Route 60, and Route 1, as well as being a short 10 minute drive from Boston's Logan Airport.. After construction has finished, the structure will also include landscape improvements such as enhanced sidewalks and green spaces. It will also provide easy access to the neighboring properties, which include a self-storage facility, commercial warehouse, and commercial automotive storage parking lot.
This project has been in the works since earlier this year, with Ralph Caruso [https://www.tumblr.com/ralphcaruso] and R&S Realty receiving their special permit from the Revere City Council in March 2025, with the blessing of Revere Mayor Patrick Keefe, Jr., and the Revere Zoning Sub-Committee. R&S Realty went on to appear before the Revere Conservation Commission in May 2025, seeking an Order of Conditions for the parking structure. The Conservation Commission unanimously approved the Order of Conditions in June 2025.
Ralph Caruso is no stranger to large real estate development projects in Massachusetts, having served as the guiding force behind Massachusetts-based companies such as Caruso Construction, City Rentals, and Northgate Recycling. He is also one of the world's most successful Dunkin' Donuts franchisees, with multiple locations on the East Coast. Today, Ralph Caruso is channeling his entrepreneurial spirit into companies such as the Boston-based service company Flush , NewQuality Fence Co., Above the Line Production Rentals, a company building up the Massachusetts film industry by providing production equipment rentals.
