The fund's primary objective is to foster long-term economic growth by investing directly in the development of the Comox Valley, British Columbia. However, the project will only proceed if the ICO raises a minimum of $70 billion. This threshold ensures that sufficient capital is available to achieve meaningful, large-scale impact without compromising the fund's commitments to stakeholders and the community.
