At 'Nation First', Mentor Vipin Khuttel Guides Youth and Digital Influencers on Cyber Awareness and National Unity

Press Release - Nation First Event Featuring Vipin Khuttel
Greater Noida, August 24, 2025 - The auditorium of GL Bajaj Institute in Greater Noida was charged with emotion as more than 200+ young influencers gathered under the banner of Inspiring Bharat for a national meet themed "Nation First - Contribution of Creators & Influencers." What could have been a routine seminar soon turned into an inspiring and deeply personal experience, as Visionary Educator and India's Leading Digital Strategist Vipin Khuttel addressed the gathering with a heartfelt message about unity, culture, and responsibility in the digital era.
The event was anchored by Dr. Shilpi Porwal and Anikesh Mani Tripathi, while senior journalist Shyam Kishore Sahay of Lok Sabha TV moderated the discussions. Representatives from several social organizations, including Kanhaiya Lal of Neh Need Sanstha, Rakesh Agarwal of Dadhichi Dehdaan Samiti, Padam Prakash from the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Ravindra Gupta of Harit Kranti Sansthan, and Dheeraj Tripathi from Inspiring Bharat, shared the stage.
Notably, renowned scientist R.K. Kotnala shared his breakthrough work on zero carbon technologies and hydro-electric cells, inspiring the youth to connect scientific innovation with national progress.
Other influencers joining the panel included Pankaj Sharma (Meerut Social Media Head), Piyush (Tricky Men), Hardik (Gujarat), and Ankit Bhati (Rozgar with Ankit), showcasing the power of grassroots initiatives.
Dr. Shilpi Porwal formally welcomed the gathering and introduced the special invitee:
"Today, we have with us a visionary personality shaping the new direction of Digital India. Vipin Khuttel/Khutail - a forward-looking Digital Marketing Strategist, Educator, and entrepreneur - is the founder of Being Topper, one of India's leading digital marketing institutions. With over a decade of experience, he has empowered more than 30,000 students, professionals, and entrepreneurs with future-ready skills. Recently, Mr. Khuttel was honored with the WHRO Global Peace & Humanity Ambassador Award. Known for promoting digital literacy and social empowerment, Vipin Khuttel combines AI-driven marketing with Indian cultural values to bridge the digital skills gap and inspire the next generation of leaders."
Shyam Kishore Sahay then took over as moderator and posed the first question to Vipin Khuttel:
"You have often said that today, terrorists do not only wield AK-47s but also pens and mobile phones. Could you elaborate on how this presents a new challenge, and how society and youth can be alerted?"
Vipin Khuttel began his address with a compelling observation:
"Terrorism today is no longer limited to conventional weapons. Pens and mobile phones have become powerful tools to execute brain hacking and cyber terrorism. False information, fake news, and online propaganda can reach millions in moments, shaping perceptions and influencing behavior. Over the past five years, we have witnessed several narrative trends that have threatened societal cohesion.
First, society-focused memes emerged, portraying communities as unsupportive of individual success. Motivational quotes were twisted to reinforce jealousy and envy. Relatives were depicted as snakes, supposedly preventing one from achieving success. Yet in reality, when an individual faces a genuine crisis, family members are the first to stand by them, unlike the millions of social media followers who remain absent. Friendships are broken by selfish quotes and misleading content. Romantic relationships, especially boyfriend-girlfriend dynamics, have been destabilized by viral betrayals, cheating reports, and even murder stories, presented as 'pride content' by a few. Counter narratives about dowry, domestic violence, or alimony have further polarized opinions. Parents and children are now caught in fabricated conflicts; society is led to believe that parental guidance is a form of control rather than support.
Repeated exposure to such false content leads to anxiety, depression, and social isolation. People become self-concerned, losing connection with family, friends, and society. This is modern-day brain hacking, and it is our collective responsibility to recognize and resist it."
He continued, issuing a warning about the financial and strategic machinery behind these narratives:
"Negative and anti-national content on social media is rarely just casual content creation. Often, it has financial and strategic backing. When a piece of content repeatedly tells you that family is your enemy, relationships are meaningless, and society is hostile, one must question who is behind it. Are enemy countries attempting to fracture India from within? Are terrorist organizations or planted internal threats attempting to seize control of our minds?"
Vipin Khuttel elaborated on content creation itself:
"As a digital marketer, I understand the effort behind viral content - from preparation, planning, research and development, publishing, to promotion. Every content creator has a motive - whether monetization, client-driven campaigns, or spreading ideology. The real question is: who funds content that spreads hatred? Who enables creators not merely to survive, but to dominate amidst cut-throat social media competition? This is not entertainment; it is deliberate influence and manipulation."
He further emphasized:
"Anti-social and anti-national content may be propagated by enemy countries or planted by enemies within our own borders. Awareness, vigilance, and responsible digital behavior are the key tools to safeguard society."
Tying his insights back to the event's theme, Vipin Khuttel said:
"Creators and influencers are the new freedom fighters of the digital era. Just as citizens united before 1947 to fight colonial rule, sacrificing their lives for freedom, in the past 79 years we have built the nation. Today, our fight is different. We must protect our country from cyber terrorism, fake news, and misleading narratives. We do not fight with weapons but through awareness, truth, and responsible digital action. Nationalism and social responsibility must go hand-in-hand. When the nation and society come first, family and personal interests are safeguarded."

Conclusion - Heritage, Vision, and National Duty
The session left a profound impact on all attendees. As the event drew to a close, Vipin Khuttel reminded participants that the nation and society must always come first. Drawing from his concern for national security, cyber threats, and social cohesion, and rooted in his heritage as a member of the Pandav/Kaunteya Vansh of Kuntal, historically Chandravanshi Kshatriyas and protectors of over 280 self-governed villages, he urged creators and influencers to recognize the responsibility they carry in shaping public perception. Highlighting the dangers of false narratives, online propaganda, and brain hacking, he reinforced that awareness, truth, and responsible digital action are the real tools to safeguard the country. His vision focused on fostering unity within families, empowering digital creators, and leveraging technology for constructive nation-building. By integrating the wisdom of his ancestral heritage with modern innovation, Vipin Khuttel/Khuttail exemplified a pragmatic, duty-driven approach, placing national interest above personal acclaim, and encouraging all present to act with integrity, foresight, and collective responsibility toward India's future.
