PT Media Artha Persada together with Synx Data Labs Fosters Future Tech Leaders by Sponsoring Indonesian Programming Competition, FIT COMPETITION 2025
Dedicated to fostering digital innovation for a sustainable future, the competition drew hundreds of talented students from across Indonesia. The event received strong technical support from Apache Cloudberry, the open-source database project championed by Synx Data Labs.
The competition is organized by the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HMP) and is designed to inspire students to apply critical thinking and technological skills to prepare for pressing global challenges. This year's event challenges participants to develop groundbreaking solutions in four topics:
•Data Science: Teams are tasked with analyzing a given dataset to develop the best machine learning or deep learning model to solve a specific problem.
•Web Development: Competitors showcase their skills in designing and developing innovative, responsive, and functional websites or web applications.
•Cyber Security: In a Capture the Flag (CTF), participants test their abilities to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in a controlled digital environment.
•Mobile Application: This category challenges teams to create mobile apps that are not only innovative but also provide practical solutions for users.
At the forefront of data technology, Synx Data Labs is committed to nurturing the next wave of tech talent. This sponsorship aligns with its mission to empower developers and engineers who are building the solutions of tomorrow.
Furthering this commitment, the event featured a keynote presentation by Henry Halim titled, "AI FOR THE NEXT GENERATION: BORN TO BUILD THE FUTURE." His session delved into the transformative power of artificial intelligence and introduced the capabilities of Apache Cloudberry, providing students with valuable insights into the future of data analytics and AI.

FIT Competition is an information technology competition organized by the Informatics Engineering Student Association (HMP) of the Faculty of Information Technology at Satya Wacana Christian University. It aims to facilitate a platform for students to engage in critical thinking and understand global issues through a series of national and international technology-focused activities. The 2025 competition was held on campus in Salatiga, Central Java.
