As TikTok Shop prepares to roll out its new Free Shipping Benefits Policy on 4th September 2025, sellers are bracing for a major operational shift. The platform's transition from the Co-funded Free Shipping (CFFS) model to the new policy places full responsibility for free shipping costs on sellers, while offering incentives such as enhanced product visibility, exclusive campaign participation, and free shipping badges designed to boost buyer confidence.

To qualify for these benefits, sellers must set and maintain free shipping thresholds-typically at or below £22-and ensure consistent, timely fulfilment. With the holiday season approaching, the pressure is on for e-commerce businesses to optimise warehouse operations and dispatch processes.
