Helm & Nagel GmbH today announced the launch of its document data extraction platform Quick-Extract. An integrated LLM agent automatically takes over the complete development of document parsers and eliminates time-consuming manual configuration. The software is aimed at companies that want to quickly and reliably extract data from recurring documents such as invoices, purchase orders, or regulatory filings. Unlike conventional Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, the platform requires no training, setup, or manual field configuration.

They independently analyze uploaded sample documents and automatically generate functional extraction solutions. The system achieves text recognition accuracy above 99.5% across 50+ supported languages and delivers an F-score accuracy of 92% for data extraction without training.

The platform processes PDFs and image files via an intuitive web interface, with average API response times of about 10 seconds per document. Thanks to its "one-shot learning" functionality, the agent can create a complete extraction schema from a single uploaded sample document and immediately deploy it in production.

Through interactive API documentation, users gain direct access to GET and POST endpoints. Output is provided in JSON format by default, enabling straightforward downstream processing.
