CNBNTV Exclusively Represents Human Pioneers News Agency

CNBNTV (hereinafter referred to as "CNBNTV") and Human Pioneers News Agency (hereinafter referred to as "HPNA") have jointly announced that CNBNTV has officially become HPNA's exclusive agency in China, fully undertaking its news gathering, publishing, and media operations within the country. This partnership not only signifies a crucial advancement in the localization of channel development for China's external publicity but also offers an innovative approach to overcome the challenges of high external publicity costs and limited dissemination effectiveness encountered by Chinese enterprises in their global expansion. This collaboration not only marks a crucial step forward in China's external publicity sector in building localized channels but also provides a novel solution to address the challenges of high external publicity costs and weak communication effectiveness faced by Chinese enterprises in their "going global" endeavors.

As an internationally renowned news agency, HPNA's news gathering and editing network spans over 200 countries and regions worldwide, providing multilingual information services to government departments, enterprises, media outlets, and various institutions across nations. In this collaboration, CNBNTV will leverage its resource advantages as a national-level "Internet +" new media platform to establish a comprehensive external publicity service system covering policy interpretation, brand communication, crisis management, and other key areas.

Founded in 2015, CNBNTV shoulders the mission of responding to the national "Internet +" strategy and promoting the integrated development of traditional media and emerging technologies. Pang Pei, General Manager of CNBNTV, stated that this collaboration achieves precise alignment between localized channels and the global network, representing a powerful partnership between the two entities. Going forward, the focus will be on addressing three major pain points in Chinese enterprises' overseas communication: channel dependency, weak dissemination effectiveness, and soaring costs.

"External publicity is not merely about transmitting information; it serves as a bonding agent between a nation's soft power and an enterprise's hard power. Establishing information sovereignty and forging strategic advantages are the core essence of external publicity work," Mr. Pang Pei emphasized during the interview.

Currently, Chinese institutions' external publicity channels are highly concentrated on overseas platforms such as certain industry-dominating enterprises in the United States, posing significant information security risks that cannot be overlooked-the systematic collection of vast amounts of official information through a single conduit may provide foreign entities with opportunities to analyze and infer China's foreign strategies. In response to this, Pang Pei proposed three solutions:

Channel Diversification: Reclaim the external publicity information dissemination rights of government agencies and state-owned enterprises, entrusting them to domestic institutions. Adopt a decentralized and region-specific platform strategy to increase the difficulty of foreign information collection.

Differentiated Management: Implement categorized management based on institutional functions and industry attributes, strictly adhering to the principle of "distinguishing between internal and external" practices.

Effect Optimization: Enhance communication effectiveness through methods such as SEO optimization, targeted placements in key media columns, and in-depth cooperation with industry-specific media. Simultaneously, support domestic media distribution platforms and foster leading domestic industry enterprises to fully participate in global competition, ultimately breaking foreign monopolies.

In response to the persistently high costs of external publicity, Pang Pei further analyzed that the monopoly of foreign platforms has led to a loss of pricing power, resulting in exorbitant fees for publishing individual articles by government agencies and state-owned enterprises. By introducing competition from domestic platforms and promoting centralized procurement, costs can be directly reduced by 30%-50%. This approach not only achieves the same publicity effects but also avoids potential political and diplomatic risks arising from concentrated information leaks. The initiative aims to break the monopoly of foreign platforms and establish long-term advantages for China's external publicity efforts.

He further emphasized that optimizing external publicitystrategic layout"is not merely a marketing tactic but a strategic necessity for Chinese enterprises to achieve global survival. Transitioning from "Made in China" to "Created in China" requires professional narrative engines for support. From maintaining brand reputation to shaping national image, external publicity serves as a critical barrier against risks.

Industry insiders believe that localized channels may become a new paradigm for external publicity. The collaboration between CNBNTV and Human Pioneers News Agency is regarded as an important practice in China's transition toward "autonomous and controllable" external publicity. Analysts point out that the deep synergy between the two parties will drive the formation of an innovative "global news gathering + local publishing" model. This approach not only safeguards information sovereignty but also enhances the precision of international communication, providing Chinese enterprises with more cost-effective solutions for their global expansion.
