Mark Vigneri to leave top post at EndPoint

It was announced today that Mark Vigneri, CEO and President of EndPoint Environment and Infrastructure LLC (EndPoint E&I), the lead company of the EndPoint brand, will be leaving the firm by September 30, 2025. Replacing him as lead Principal will be Peter Kuyk, an Environmental Scientist with decades of industry experience, and previously part of the executive management at Environmental Remediation and Financial Services (ERFS) and EndPoint.

Mark Vigneri has been a CEO or lead executive in the environmental industry since the 1990's. Mr. Vigneri was the CEO of ERFS for 25 years, including the acquisition of Environmental Business Solutions International Inc (EBSI) in 2003. The executive management team at EndPoint has been together at the companies for nearly 30 years. EndPoint will move forward well into the future with Mr. Kuyk in the lead.

In recent years Mr. Vigneri has been asked to get involved with other businesses, industries, and even politics. Robert Kennedy Jr was a former Principal at ERFS, and Mr. Vigneri worked with him on his campaign. When Mr. Kennedy became involved in the Trump campaign, Mr. Vigneri decided to work with independent candidates and their organizations as the interim CEO of Independent Candidate Consulting (ICC) and a Trustee for the non-profit Unity.

EndPoint E&I works primarily on greatly reducing the cost and time for environmental cleanups on redevelopment projects. EndPoint will refocus its activities on securing investment in order to bring an industry-first technology to the forefront of treating forever chemicals that are ever pervasive in our environment, and to find a joint venture partner for adapting EndPoint systems to heavy equipment. Mr. Kuyk will spearhead that effort which was started by Mr. Vigneri.

Mr. Vigneri has a long history of entrepreneurial success in the development and implementation of environmental technologies and field services, with a prior decade in Information Technologies, Fortune 500 companies, and lifelong involvement in professional sports, especially tennis. Mr. Vigneri's priority was to have EndPoint's 2026 plans and management in place before agreeing to conversations about future endeavors.

Mark Vigneri has stated he is most proud of getting EndPoint up and running under extraordinary circumstances. For all the past successes that ERFS had, after the Covid-19 Pandemic, Mr. Vigneri had to turn his attention to legal recoveries and Federal actions related to stolen funds and assets from ERFS. Mr. Vigneri successfully transitioned personnel from ERFS to the startup EndPoint, that was in the process of scaling up new technologies. Mr. Vigneri led EndPoint's service lines for accelerated project closures with reduced costs, as well as advancing site prep technologies for large and highly contaminated redevelopment projects. Peter Kuyk's plan is to expand immediately on that foundation and into additional vertical industries.
