An Album for Dogs, by 4 x Grammy Winners

"Dreaming Dog" is a 13-track, tail-wagging, anxiety-busting sound journey made for dogs and the humans who fetch their playlists. The album is being released on June 27th, just in time for dogs' most dreaded holiday in the U.S., July 4th. 'Dreaming Dog' was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer ANTAEUS, whose work on Julian Marley's Color of Royal, earned the Best Reggae Album Grammy at the 66th Grammy Awards.

"Dreaming Dog" explores the emotional power of sound for pets, blending artistic vision with a deep focus on animal well-being. Far beyond traditional ambient or new age music, the album weaves a rich tapestry of global sounds, blending the tail-thumping rhythms of South African Amapiano with the soothing rhythms of Reggae. To help pups get comfortable with common stressors, producers ANTAEUS and Ahmed subtly introduced familiar but often frightening sounds into calming soundscapes. In Peace in Chaos, for example, gentle fireworks ease into the mix, while Chillin in Soweto features joyful children playing in a schoolyard, turning potential triggers into moments of calm. The album also features live musical elements by Charu Suri, the only Indian woman to perform at Carnegie Hall, and vocals by Erini, the Greek artist known for touring with Cirque du Soleil. The result is a deeply calming and emotionally resonant journey, designed to relax dogs while delivering a uniquely elevated listening experience for their human companions.
