Maxava Expands to East and Centra Africa Through Partner PARL

PARL has been addressing the IT needs of private companies, university researchers, and non-governmental organizations since its founding in 1998 as Predictive Analytics Resources Limited. Initially partnering with SPSS-the provider of a leading statistical software package later acquired by IBM in 2009-PARL has since expanded its capabilities.
