(Chicago IL USA) June , 2025 - Singer-songwriter Hannah Judson embarks on a series of intimate, genre-defying performances in support of her latest release, Satellites Grace the Sky Like Tumbleweeds, out now via Boneyard Records. The Franco-American artist will bring her poetic, guitar-driven sound to venues across the US and Europe throughout summer and fall 2025.

Crafted in the hush of the French countryside and born of transatlantic life experience, Satellites Grace the Sky Like Tumbleweeds is a stripped-back, evocative album that blurs the lines between folk noir, alt-country, and lo-fi rock. Rooted in storytelling and shadowed beauty, Judson's sound evokes echoes of Cat Power, Aimee Mann, and Lucinda Williams, but with a voice and vision all her own.
"I wanted these songs to hold both wildness and grace," says Judson. "They're dispatches from quiet moments, big awakenings, and life lived on the fringes of cities and certainty."
Recorded with sparse yet richly layered arrangements, the album explores themes of movement, memory, and resilience. The lead single, "Feather," already streaming across platforms, has drawn comparisons to early PJ Harvey and the emotional edge of Gillian Welch. Other highlights include "Here For Love," a swirling anthem of longing, and "Raining Ashes," a minimalist ballad of expat melancholy.
Judson, a former staple of the Chicago indie scene, has been steadily building her presence in the European circuit, with past appearances at BalconyTV Paris, Le Déchargeur, and the MUSEfest London & Paris. She is known for her commanding live presence, confessional songwriting, and her signature Telecaster-driven alt-folk style.

Hannah Judson is a singer-songwriter, producer, and visual storyteller based outside Paris. Her music has been featured on WLUW 88.7, Women's Radio, and in Le Figaro Magazine. Formerly of the Chicago band Sweet Bridget, she now performs across Europe and the US. She is also an educator and mental health coach, blending artistic expression with a lifelong passion for human connection and lyrical honesty.
