The move into scripted content coincides with growing recognition for the company's latest documentary, WHO'S AFRAID OF NATHAN LAW? , which has been nominated for an Emmy Award in the Outstanding Politics and Government Documentary category.

The film, which aired on POV (PBS) in the United States, explores the life of Hong Kong pro-democracy activist Nathan Law and the broader struggle for democratic freedoms in the region.

Produced by Matthew Torne, the documentary has received critical acclaim for its urgency and emotional depth. It follows on from Torne's earlier success at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival, where JOSHUA: TEENAGER VS. SUPERPOWER won the audience award and was acquired by Netflix as a Netflix Original. That film was also nominated for a Producers Guild of America award.
