XT BRACE was created with the athlete in mind, and every design aspect reflects that. XT BRACE is designed to be used with or without the gel pack. The braces can be used for compression during a workout and insert the hot/cold gel pack for post-recovery after an intense workout, injury treatment, part of a physical therapy program or for soreness in a specific area. Use the compression sleeve when you need a little extra support during your morning run, and use the gel pack insert for helping with those sore areas after.
