This was taken a few weeks ago when Kessa was admitted in the hospital for sepsis.

For years, Kessa has quietly dedicated her life to giving, offering time, love, and resources to orphanages across Africa. Known for her generosity, compassion, and unshakable strength, she has long been the person people turned to for support in times of need. Today, the tables have turned, and Kessa, the woman with the giving heart, is the one in desperate need of help.
Florida - 11th June, 2025 - For years, Kessa has quietly dedicated her life to giving, offering time, love, and resources to orphanages across Africa. Known for her generosity, compassion, and unshakable strength, she has long been the person people turned to for support in times of need. Today, the tables have turned, and Kessa, the woman with the giving heart, is the one in desperate need of help.

After enduring a year filled with unimaginable hardship, a GoFundMe campaign has been launched to support Kessa in rebuilding her life and securing a safe and stable environment for her children.

A Cascade of Challenges

In the past 12 months alone, Kessa has undergone, abuse, three major surgeries, battled COVID-19, and developed sepsis in her knee, leaving her unable to walk properly. As her health challenges continue, so did her living conditions, ultimately leading to the loss of her home.

Kessa now cares for her 17-month-old baby without any support. Despite her weakened physical condition, she continues to give every ounce of her energy to protect and nurture her young child. The challenges of single motherhood are compounded by chronic pain, mobility issues, and the crushing weight of financial instability.

To add to the family's struggles, Kessa's 15-year-old daughter is now facing eye issues, adding further emotional and financial strain. Accessing proper medical care and treatment has become an urgent priority, yet it remains out of reach without outside support.

A Legacy of Compassion

What makes Kessa's situation even more heartbreaking is her unwavering record of compassion and service. Over the years, she has tirelessly supported numerous causes, from funding education for children in orphanages to mobilising resources for underprivileged communities. Her life has been defined by giving.

Now, for the first time, Kessa is asking for help.

A Community Call to Action

A GoFundMe campaign has been created to help Kessa regain her footing, providing basic needs like housing, medical care, mobility support, and funds to care for her children. The goal is not just to offer temporary relief, but to help her rebuild a life of dignity and hope.

"This isn't just a fundraiser," says a close friend and campaign organiser. "It's a call to all of us to show up for someone who has spent her life showing up for others."
