The SEO Works to Brew Up Ecommerce PPC Campaign for Nam Song
Nam Song, a Sheffield-based coffee brand, has sought the help of The SEO Works, an award-winning digital agency, also from Sheffield, to help take their coffee business to the next level with an expert PPC campaign.Inspired by the founder's gap year travels, Nam Song champions coffee exclusively from Asia. Customers can choose to purchase whole or pre-ground beans in the form of one-off purchases or subscriptions. Origin countries include China, Thailand, Vietnam, India and more!
Understanding the competitiveness of the coffee market, Nam Song decided that a dedicated PPC campaign would be the best strategy to get their coffee to the top of the SERPs and increase brand and product awareness amongst shoppers.
Without the in-house capacity to do a PPC campaign justice, they started looking for an agency to help them. They landed on The SEO Works, a local and expert agency with experience in crowded ecommerce markets.
While Nam Song knows the coffee market is crowded, they do have a niche - Asian coffee. This gap in the market will not only set them apart from competitors, but will also mean they can target very specific keywords for the products they offer.
After discussions, it was decided that a Google Search ad and Display ad campaign would be the best course of action given the product they sell and the keywords they will be bidding on.
Jim Rose, Co-Founder of Nam Song, said "We're at an exciting time for Nam Song as we diversify our operations with the launch of a retail brand as we look to share the Asian Coffee that we have come to love so much with people in the UK. It's all go at the moment as we're busy fitting our a space in Kelham Island, Sheffield to house these new operations, alongside onboarding with SEO works to help launch our new coffee brand online. We're very pleased to be working with The SEO Works as they're a local business who understand what Nam Song is about and they have a proven track record of generating success in the competitive ecommerce coffee market. "
Alex Hill, Sales Director at The SEO Works, said, "As a Sheffield business ourselves, working with other local businesses is always a pleasure. We're grateful for the opportunity to help Nam Song grow their business and take it outside of South Yorkshire. We're excited to see what this fab-brew-lous partnership can achieve!"
The SEO Works have worked with several Sheffield-based clients on their ecommerce PPC campaigns, including Weldricks Pharmacy, Towsure and Glass Onion.
