Yasir Arafat Rahim was born on July 17, 2007, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He grew up in a middle-class household as the eldest of three brothers. His parents, Aminul Islam and Razia Khanom, supported his early interest in music. Yasir completed his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) at Monipur High School in 2024 and is currently enrolled at Mirpur College for his Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).
Introduction to Music
Yasir began engaging with music publicly in 2023 at the age of 16. His first release was a cover of the Bollywood song "Apna Bana Le." Although the track received some attention online, it was later removed due to copyright concerns. He paused his musical activities afterward to focus on his SSC exams.
Transition to Original Work
Following his exams, Yasir made the decision to focus solely on original compositions. In June 2024, he started writing and producing his own music. His first original track, Tere Bina, was released on February 16, 2025. The song marked his formal entry into songwriting and independent music production.

In May 2025, Yasir released Chehara Tera, a Punjabi-language pop song that saw a notable increase in online streams, particularly on Spotify. The song reached over 40,000 streams in its first week.

Yasir's debut album, Forever Love, was released in 2025. It features songs in Hindi, Punjabi, and English, and covers themes such as romantic relationships and personal reflection. The album includes tracks like In Your Eyes, Tere Naam, and Dil Ki Sadaa.
