Fly Fairly acquires Gen Z travel discovery platform LFG in strategic move to drive global growth

Singapore, April 2025 - Fly Fairly announced today its acquisition of LFG, the Gen Z-focused travel discovery engine known for its "Spotify meets Pinterest" approach to personalized trip inspiration. The deal brings LFG's tech and core team under the Fly Fairly umbrella as part of its mission to build the most flexible OTA for flights, payments, and rewards. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fly Fairly, founded by travel and ecommerce executive Alex Yardley - who previously led commercial teams at Agoda, Booking.com, eBay, and ShopBack- is live in 10+ global markets across Southeast Asia, the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Oceania. The company partners with leading global financial institutions to power its flexible payment ecosystem, offering flights from 650+ airlines with over 100 payment options, including Buy Now Pay Later, crypto, and e-wallets.

Since launching in mid-2024, Fly Fairly has achieved profitability, scaled rapidly, and won the 2025 FinoPitch Audience Award - cementing its place as the go-to OTA for alternative payments.

Founded by NUS Overseas Colleges alumni Darryl Han, Foo Shi Hong, and Yu Ko, LFG gained traction among Gen Z travelers across the USA, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Its viral, mobile-first travel planning experience secured a Top #5 Product of the Day spot on Product Hunt and reached over 5 million views on social media when its video documenting an onboard theft on AirAsia exploded across TikTok and Instagram.

Darryl Han and Foo Shi Hong will join Fly Fairly's leadership team as part of the acquisition, focused on product, content, and strategy.
