Jeometry Beewear [https://jeometrybeewear.com/] has officially launched, bringing the world's first-ever line of beekeeping apparel for women to the market. Created by Jenna York, a third-generation, South Carolina-based Journeyman Beekeeper with more than two decades of experience creating everyday apparel for women, Jeometry Beewear is going where other beekeeping apparel has never gone before.

Historically, beekeeping suits are based on a baggy boxy men's work suit, but this traditional style can be cumbersome for women. There were no designs on the market that truly fit the proportions of a woman's body, so York set out to make her own. "I founded Jeometry Beewear to reinvent the beekeeping suit, tailoring it to women's proportions and streamlining the design to a simpler, smarter, lighter suit that works with its wearer and not against her," said York.

In order to begin her designs, York surveyed 100+ female beekeepers to find out which specifications she needed to go by. She also tested prototypes for a year before settling on the final design. Now, she has officially launched her website where women beekeepers everywhere can come to get a suit made truly just for them.

Right now, Jeometry Beewear's sewn-in-North Carolina women's beekeeping suits are available via pre-order with a summer 2025 delivery. Each suit features a 100% recycled, lightweight, breathable triple mesh design with a single zipper for easy on and off; a halo hood round veil with side vision and enough room to wear a hat; a front chest phone pocket; jacket pleats for feminine curves; deep double pant side pockets; waist loops for tools; a back hanging loop; and more. There are five sizes available, small through XX large.
