The joint venture, TEXTS-TAXIECO Smart Logistics, will deploy TAXIECO's globally certified AI-powered dispatch system and AIoT-based logistics management platform to TEXTS' extensive Philippines network. This strategic partnership is expected to drive up to 40% warehouse operational efficiency gains, deliver 99.97% shipment tracking accuracy, and increase supply chain transparency through blockchain-powered end-to-end data integrity.
A US$5 Billion Market Opportunity
The Philippines' logistics market is projected to exceed US$5 billion by 2028, fueled by rising demand for e-commerce, urban delivery, and green transportation solutions. With over 2.4 billion parcels processed annually by TEXTS across 1,800 cities and municipalities, the joint venture positions itself as the largest integrated smart logistics platform in the country.

Scalable, Sustainable and Ready for Global Expansion
The first phase of the partnership will upgrade Metro Manila's logistics infrastructure with over 200+ smart delivery nodes and an electric vehicle fleet, projected to create 500+ new skilled tech jobs. The initiative has received endorsement from the Philippine Board of Investments (BOI) under the 2023-2028 National Logistics Modernization Blueprint.
"We view this as a strategic springboard," said C.S. Lau, Founder and CEO of TAXIECO. "Our ultimate goal is not only to optimize logistics in the Philippines, but also to build a regional platform for future expansion into other high-growth ASEAN markets."
The joint venture will also co-develop a next-generation Smart City Logistics Control Center, integrating real-time traffic and urban infrastructure data to contribute to the Philippines' national objectives for smart mobility and carbon-neutral transport by 2030.
