Kenwood Management Executes 10,172 SF Lease Extension with Corvias in Largo, Maryland
Corvias has been a tenant in the building since 2018. Corvias assists the government of Prince George's County, Maryland, in improving its stormwater infrastructure.

Kenwood purchased 9475 Lottsford Road from the Archon Group in 2001. The building consists of a combination of warehouse, flex, and office spaces and is currently 97% leased. In September 2025, 33,000 SF of warehouse space will become available for lease and is being marketed by Kenwood's broker, Ken Fellows from KLNB.
