Wilmington Comprehensive Community Clinic opens to provide trauma-informed healthcare, offering vital services to survivors of abuse, assault, and violence in South LA.
Wilmington, CA - Healing To You, a nonprofit organization committed to providing trauma-informed care for survivors of abuse, assault, and violence, proudly announces the official opening of its Wilmington Comprehensive Community Clinic [https://healingtoyou.org/wilmington-clinic] (WCCC) on May 1, 2025.
Located in the heart of Wilmington at 1703 N. Avalon Blvd., the new clinic marks a significant milestone in addressing healthcare inequities in South Los Angeles County. The WCCC offers a fully integrated model of care-including primary care, mental health services, mobile health units, and a 24/7 physical assault response team-designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and families impacted by trauma.
The clinic celebrated its Partner Preview Day on April 30, coinciding with Denim Day, a global event that raises awareness about physical violence. The event was attended by key community leaders and advocates, including representatives from:

The WCCC is now open and accepting patients by appointment only. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Designed to deliver wraparound services that support the whole person, the clinic prioritizes not only immediate healthcare needs but also long-term healing, resilience, and culturally responsive care.
