Rose•Walker Founder Recognized Among Nation’s Top Attorneys for Business
DALLAS – Attorney Marty Rose, a founding partner of Dallas’ Rose•Walker, L.L.P., has been recognized as one of the top business litigators in the country in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition.This year’s edition marks the premiere issue of Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, which highlights the top attorneys around the country who previously were honored in Super Lawyers listings in the states where they practice. Mr. Rose has earned a spot on the Texas Super Lawyers list each year since 2005.
“We like to call ourselves ‘Trial Lawyers for Business People,’ and I’d like to think my selection to this list confirms our motto,” says Mr. Rose. “Business litigation is a main focus of our work, and I am honored to be included among the country’s top business litigators. The inaugural Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition, published in April 2008, will be sent to more than 25,000 CEOs and in-house counsel at America’s leading companies.
To compile the Texas Super Lawyers list, researchers survey approximately 70,000 lawyers in Texas, asking them to nominate the best attorneys they have personally observed in action. Nominees are grouped into more than 60 practice areas, and a blue-ribbon panel then review the nominees. In the end, fewer than five percent of lawyers in Texas receive the honor each year.
