The WindRiver Living [https://www.windriverliving.com/] development offers amenities for everyone, including a marina along the stunning shores of Tellico Lake; world-class dining at Citico's Restaurant; a pool and sports complex; walking and biking trails, and more. The Clubhouse will feature stunning mountain and lake views from its indoor and outdoor spaces, including dining areas, bars, a rooftop terrace, and more. Guests will enjoy a leading edge wellness center, spa, and group fitness studios, as well as locker rooms and a golf pro shop. A party barn will offer the perfect ambiance for rustic-inspired events and celebrations.

The Clubhouse is part of the first phase of an overarching project, the Clubhouse Village.
